Alex was a fantastic coach who connected with me in a genuine and honest way, something hard to find these days. When we would meet up for our lessons, he would actively listen to me as I talked about the issues facing me that week and then provide thoughtful feedback. Alex always made me feel like I was being heard and was great at supporting me during my struggles and lauding me during my victories. He is a kind soul who knows how to connect with people on an individual level.

Individuals

I will help you explore your life experiences to discover your inner warrior and achieve your unique goals.

We will do this through a deliberate and pragmatic process that incorporates various practices that I’ve learned over the years.  While you ultimately set the end goals for yourself, my mission is to help you follow through, give you structure and hold you accountable. I’m committed to exercising empathy, honesty, and direct feedback.

This work requires commitment and willingness. Based on your availability and resources, we’ll design a unique plan that is tailored to your success.

Organizations

A positive, healthy, and productive company culture is critical to employee retention, productivity, and generating revenue. Through first-hand experience and leadership, I understand employees need a safe space to process the stress of work, personal challenges outside of work, and execute solutions that help them excel in their role.

As an Executive Director, I led an organization through conflict, strategic planning, and program development. This experience, combined with my Master’s degree in leadership, tenure in software sales, and founding company-wide mindfulness programming, has led me to bring coaching services to businesses.

My organizational offerings include: Leadership coaching, individual contributor coaching, conflict management, and mindfulness group work

Alex’s facilitation of these meetings always had a come as you are vibe. He was never trying to force the meeting to be what he wanted it to be, it was always taking into account what the group needed, and oftentimes his messages were scary on target with exactly what I needed to hear that day.
